Gn Pans will be hanging in the insulated hot tank. Outer tank covering made of 20 swg SS sheet with Glasswool insulation. Legs made of 1.5” dia. SS pipes. SS Bain Marie provided with heaters of 2 Kw. The SS Bain Marie is provided with outlet valve below for taking out the water. Electric Panel is provided in front.
